Big hunk of cooked ham - frozen 1 year Found this today - given to us last Christmas but buried and forgotten. Weighs about a kilo. Would this still be ok / safe to eat! It's been in proper freezer bag. I find this a problem with chest freezers, stuff at the bottom can easily be overlooked... |

Transporting a decorated pav. I have to take a pav to my sister's house for dessert on Xmas day. It's about a 45 minute drive. It should be ok for that long with cream and strawberries shouldn't it.! It will be in a 'cool bag' if I can fit it in. TIA. |
