Prepared crushed garlic Does anybody buy the Pams or Greggs crushed garlic, ginger etc in jars..?I don't suppose it's as good as fresh prepared but is it reasonable so far as flavour is concerned..? It's cheap enough.. |

Mixing melted chocolate with egg yolk I have a yummy Kahlua chocolate mousse recipe, but in it it calls for you to mix the egg yolks & kahlua into the melted chocolate and every time it makes the chocolate border on seizing. I just made it now and added the kahlua to the whipped cream ins... |

Bread and butter Pudding words cannot describe how good it is,i would love to know how to make it,the tray i would like 2 use is about roughly the same size as a computer keyboard if that helps for portioning of ingredients. ANY RECIPES WOULD BE SUPER DUPER APPRECIATED |

Silicone Bakeware, is it as good as people say? A friend of mine says it is brilliant & saves money because of not needing baking paper, but do things take longer to cook so using more power? I use tons of baking paper it is the one kitchen item I cannot do without.TIA for any comments |
