Transporting a decorated pav. I have to take a pav to my sister's house for dessert on Xmas day. It's about a 45 minute drive. It should be ok for that long with cream and strawberries shouldn't it.! It will be in a 'cool bag' if I can fit it in. TIA. |

Do pav's always crack! dont cool it down to quickly leave in the oven with the door slightly ajar may help this failing that monstrous piles of whipped bream andfruit will hide any cracks and lets be honest it will be gone in mins so who cares! enjoy |
