How do you decorate your pav? Am after some new ideas, am a bit over strawberries or kiwifruit. The pavs seem to be more expensive in the supermarkets this year but I am sooo looking forward to it. |

Why did my pav completely implode! Used the Edmonds recipe. Beat for ages. Looked really awesome, had the oven on 150 c. Actually in the oven it was a masterpiece! Timed it for 45 mins, then turned oven off, and door ajar. Went out, came home, it was cooled and collapsed |

Transporting a decorated pav. I have to take a pav to my sister's house for dessert on Xmas day. It's about a 45 minute drive. It should be ok for that long with cream and strawberries shouldn't it.! It will be in a 'cool bag' if I can fit it in. TIA. |
