So I can cook a pav on a plate? Do I need to prep the plate with anything first?

Is the plate a oven wear if so should be ok just line as if doing on a tray

I heard someone used an old microwave turntable. Not sure if I would though.

Microwave plate is good.you are only drying out the pav.not actually cooking it.
