Something sweet to use marshmallows in, must be... egg and dairy free! as the kids have allergies.i can subsitute butter with marg, dairy free cocoa and chocolate etc and egg with egg sub (but doesnt come out as light and fluffy!) |

Flaky Pastry Do I blind bake it Want to make some savoury type pies (open top) and would prefer to use flaky pastry (store not homemade) do I need to blind bake the pastry before filling? If so for how long? The filling is quite wet. Thanks |
