Smoked Chicken, dose not always pass inspection. I just wouldn't risk it. Others may.

I have frozen smoked chicken, no problems. Is it the sliced meat? or carcass as well?

Half of it is still on the carcass

I've often frozen whole smoked chicken (purchased on special!) but have always cooked it before using...i.e. put it in a pot full of boiling water and boil for about 15 - 20 minutes after thawing.Never had any adverse reactions and it still has the smokey flavour.

I regularly freeze smoked chicken - as is if it's breast & removed from the bone if it was a whole one.
