Hi... am a bit slow in organizing dinner and have at the last minute decided to use a whole smoked frozen cooked chicken. . thats if its safe to thaw in the microwave as I wont have time to thaw it in the fridge... do you think it will be safe done this way. . it will be used in a hot rice dish? I usually do it this way... remember to refrigerate after thawing tho.
