I\'ve just made yummy Chicken and Celery soup...

The celery was on special so bought two bunches... chopped it up (no leaves)and put it into about two litres of water, added four frozen chicken legs, 4 tbsp chicken stock, 1tbsp crushed garlic in oil, handful of chopped parsley, lots of black pepper, and 50 grams butter, and let it simmer for almost 2 hours. I used a magic wand (choppy up kitchen gadget), not too much though cos I still wanted it to be a bit lumpy, then added 3 heaped tsp of cumin and stirred it through. Very tasty but you can still taste all the ingredients.

Great when celery is on special EH! I have made two lots of soup in recent weeks with celery one Chicken and celery and one pork hock and celery with lots of other veges as well of course.

Great for this weather too.
