Breadmaker - plain flour recipes? I run out of high grade flour for my breadmaker and made a loaf with plain flour instead and it didnt really rise - its a bit of a disaster loaf. Does anyone have a reason this happened or a recipe that uses plain (or self rising) flour instead? |
