those fancy striped cardboard papers and the fat has absorbed into the papers doesn't look too good. I am making these for a gathering tomorrow with a wedding flavour. Do you think I can do anything with the papers now and can I decorate the cupcakes even though we won't be eating them until tomorrow????? Help

Do you have any spare papers, just put them into a fresh one (leaving them in the other one...
And absolutely decorate them today. Just store somewhere cool.

I think that those papers are designed for presentation only.Cook them in a muffin pan, then transfer to them when cool or cook in plain muffin papers then pop them into the fancy ones prior to icing.

You need to use another lot of papers to pout these ones into. So it looks like 2 papaers etc, looks quite effective really.
Maybe next time, bake them in plain papers,then put those into the fancy ones.
