Has anyone bottled kiwifruit? I have heaps of kiwifruit and was thinking about trying to bottle some. I would like to keep them whole without them turning to mush!I was wondering if anyone has tried this and been successful. |

I am making a cheesecake - help! For the filling how can I make it? I just brought cream cheese and cream home thinking I could find a recipe online but they all seem to have sour cream or condensed milk in them. Anyone have a recipe without these? I have eggs, sugar etc. |

Fish in slow cooker? Planning to make a thai curry in the slow cooker with cubes offish in it.I have just bought the slow cooker so haven't tried fish in it before - will it overcook if I put it in at the beginning?Should it be frozen, or added halfway through cooking??? |

I wish to make chocolate cup-cakes for my little Grandson's 6th birthday. He tells me he likes caramel. Would it be possible to place a piece of caramello chocolate in each cup-cake before baking so that the finished result is a cup-cake with a caramel centre? |

Camel Dung Pudding at Scott Base I just saw anitem on TV1 news about the puddings the chefs are serving at Scott Base. There was the most gorgeous pink layer thing called Camel Dung Pudding. Have emailed the chef at Antartica for a recipe, but has anybody else heard of it? |
