I have heaps of kiwifruit and was thinking about trying to bottle some. I would like to keep them whole without them turning to mush!
I was wondering if anyone has tried this and been successful.

yes- easy as. Use firm ones and boil long enough , fill to overflow , screw down.

I have made kiwifruit jam, that was lovely but never bottled the actual kiwifruit themselves
