Mince use by date was yesterday for 1kg..still ok?

Is this still ok to cook tonight.....red meat is usually ok -date says 22/5 todays the 23rd....im sure ive done it before but am i supposed to?
Been in the fridge the whole time and still in pack it was brought in

I would use it if it still looked pink and had a good smell. If it feels at all slimey or smells funny then I would be very cautious.

Yes, as long it looks alright and smells alright it should be fine.

Yes, as long it looks alright and smells alright it should be fine. If you are even slightly doubtful about either, bin it.
