How much fruit salad for 26 people? I got one of those huge 2point something kg tins of fruit salad... would that be enough for 26 people if i add a couple of bananas, some nectarines and apricots? I'm also having pavlova and cream too. Do you think I need another tin? |

Ahhhhhhh :( had a pastry fail thanks to this stupid stupid weather :( and of course i was making it to take to a barbie you know for some other people to try,but personally i think the measurements on the butter wrapper was wrong it was the mainland butter wrapper. |

How do you prevent cakes from sinking? Just made a cake which I was going to cut up to make a train and it has sunk a lot in the middle and is quite useless to make the train out of now! Not very happy cos it used 5 eggs and 300g butter so need to go and get more to make the cake again and don... |
