I have seen on here Rice oil, Canola oil, Vegetable oil, just wondering which one would best and not leave any smell or taste. would appreciate your feed back.

I use Canola - good for both cakes and muffins.

I find a flavourless oil like Grapeseed works best in my baking.

I've been using Rice Bran oil - dearer than Canola but fabulous cakes. In saying that, New World has 1L Rice Bran oil on special this week for $6-99.

Grapeseed oil for me as well.
