Got no baking paper or spray what can i use? hi im down at the batch for school hols and am making a date and walnut loaf however ive just realized after getting home from the shops theres NO spray or baking paper.... the loaf tin is an old one so defiantly not non stick! what can i use for the muff... |

I just used sausage meat as a quiche base Mixed the sausage meat with sage & whole rolled oats added a beaten egg & a little plain flour to make it manageable.Lined a glass quiche flan dish with it.Chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, grated cheese, & beat 4 eggs with a cup of milk.Cooked... |

What can I serve this person coming for dinner? She is wheat/gluten free and doesn’t eat mushrooms and no added sugar and nothing to hot or spicy. Any easy recipes greatly appreciated. Its for a pot luck dinner so doesn't need to be a lot. |

Jo Seager's recipe for banana sticky date pudding in the latest Australian Woman's Weekly is sooooo good. It would serve more than 6-8 people though. My husband and I had a good slab each and I have frozen the rest for another time. |

Mayday fellow cooks! Corned beef issue now! Hi guys. Staying ina seaside bach. Put corned beef on a wee while ago, but the oven (electric) is seemingly on its last legs and will only boil like crazy, and not simmer...even on the lowest heat. Yikes. How do I cook this meat now? |

Caramelising condensed milk...... banoffee pie Pak n save didn't have any of the caramel condensed milk. Can you just use regular condensed milk? I've googled how to caramelise it (put unopened tin in boiling water and let boil for 2 hours) Does that sound right? TIA. |
