Toasted pumpkin and sesame seeds... A vegetarian friend used to make these as a snack. She toasted them in a frying pan with a bit of oil and used some sort of seasoning. I thought it might be soy sauce but that makes them way too strong. Anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated! |

Freezing Runner Beans help please, Can I put sliced beans straight into the freezer or do they have to be blanched. If so do you blanch them {for how long} then do you plunge them into cold water ? & do you need to dry them somehow {roll in tea towel}. Thanks |
