Jam won't set~! Would gelatin do it? I left the stones in - didn't set. Added sour green apples - still not setting Added lemon juice - still no joy! So do you think if I added gelatin to the boiling mix of plum jam that this would work?My patience is wanning ..... |

Going to make pork kebabs Would appreciate your ideas on a marinade for the pork. To marinate chicken I use 2 tbl spoons of honey, 2 tbl spoons of golden syrup, 4 tble spoons of apricot sauce and a splash of soy sauce. Turn 4-5 times while cooking, worth trying, it's beautiful. |

Best to freeze dough or already baked???? Hi there, ive got an unopened 3l milk which is bb 9feb so want to use it for baking scones/dinner rolls ect. instead of having to bin most of it! Now is it better to freeze the dough or do i bake them then freeze them for later use? Thanks |

Jam baked on bottom of pot - how do I get it off? after a pretty hard morning making jam that wouldn't set and then fiiiiiiiinaly did I now find there is black stuff stuck on the bottom of my pot and it won't budge.Anyone know how to get it off because I really don't want to throw the pot out.Thanks |
