Best to freeze dough or already baked????

Hi there, ive got an unopened 3l milk which is bb 9feb so want to use it for baking scones/dinner rolls ect. instead of having to bin most of it! Now is it better to freeze the dough or do i bake them then freeze them for later use? Thanks

I would bake them first, then it only takes a few seconds in the microwave and you can have a scone or whatever with your cuppa.

i would freeze the milk- break down into smaller quantities-leave headroom for expansion of liquids

Agree with lilyfield then use only when needed for your baking thoughts.
