I have just found some puff pastry in the freezer with a best before date of March 2010. Would it still be ok to use??

it might be a bit brittle and not puff up as much, but you are certainly not poisoning yourself. Depends how well it has been wrapped.I would use it,on a pie maybe, not a delicate dessert for visitors

Best before is not the same as Expiry. Should be fine.
