Boilup in a pressure cooker. Actually worked out as good as usual for me in a fraction of the time. Had a taste inbetween boilup and hangi - even better. Might try the liquid smoke in the pressure cooker next time for more of a hangi taste. Slow cooking just seems so unnecessary. |
