rack of lamb easy way to cook please, I took 2 out of freezer for bbq and then only 3 people turned up, also had a marinated leg of lamb which we still have lots leftover so have to cook the racks, I cant refreeze! ! |

could I freeze lemons just sliced? I have been given a heap of lemons and wondered if I could just slice them and free flow freeze them? I provide my staff with bottles of iced water and if I have lemons or limesI put a slice in. [I very seldom use lemon juice in recipes ] TIA |

Some special type of idiot took my perfectly seasoned Wok and used it to cook bacon and eggs. Then they thoughfully washed it with soapy water and now it is pretty much stuffed. Is there anything I can do to fix it or do I have to buy a new one and start all over again? |
