Mustard Pickle question Have made the pickle and happy with everything but recipe says bottle and seal.Do you think it's OK to put in jar with plastic screw top lid or would it have to be in a proper heat seal lid?? |

Making chilli oil i have an abundance of chilli,s starting to ripen, and am sick of paying $25 a bottle for chilli oil, (we go through so much)the last time i tried to make some, the chilli,s went mouldy. Does anyone have a failsafe recipe that keeps well. |
