Passion-fruit pulp.... preserve

2 cups of pulp
2 cups of white sugar
Stir together over the following 24 hours,
bottle in a tallish jar and keep in the fridge. It will keep until the next season.

I put mine without sugar into iceblock trays and freeze in cubes.

I can wait for a quick thaw.I like to put it on a sweet fruit to give it bite.

Right now passionfruit on melon is my fix of choice.

I just know a peach and passion-fruit cobbler is not far off, I won't add more sugar to that. We have had our fill of blackberry cobblers. ....elliehen...., have you tried a seedless watermelon yet??. The one we had was divine.

Place passionfruit whole, in their skins, in the freezer - thaw, and use as you would fresh passionfruit.
