How do i get crunchy top on chocolate brownie? I make a really yummo brownie from a Nestle recipie but my absolute fav is the cafe one i've bought that the top is a lighter colour and has a meringue type crunch to it with the dark soft middle to it. Does anyone know how thats done? tia. |
