Hedgehog Meatballs?

Does anyone have the recipe for those meatballs made with mince and with rice in them?The rice sticks out like hedgehog spines.

Porcupine Meatballs
1 small brown onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
600g minced beef
1/2 cup uncooked medium grain white rice
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

420g can tomato soup
400g can diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
spaghetti or mashed potato,
to serve
fresh herbs, to garnish

Combine onion, garlic, mince, uncooked rice and tomato sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Roll level tablespoons of mince mixture into balls.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add meatballs. Cook, turning until browned all over. Remove from heat.

Combine tomato soup, diced tomatoes, water and basil in a large saucepan. Bring to boil. Add meatballs to pan. Simmer covered for about 30 minutes, or until rice is tender (do not stir meatballs).

Serve meatballs on spaghetti or mashed potato. Garnish with fresh herbs.

675gr mince
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 (310 gr) tin tomato soup
Wash rice and mix with meat, onion, salt, pepper and mustard. Form into balls. Put into casserole dish and pour over soup plus one can water.Cook mod oven.Doesn't say how long....maybe an hour and a half
