Just making the above. . what is the order of combination to serve? Do I simmer the meatballs in the tomato sauce i've made and pour that over the pasta in the bowl or do I sit the meatballs on the pasta on the plate and pour over the sauce OR ? ? ? ?

Personally, i like to add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer to get a nice rich taste, then place meatballs onto noodles and pour rich sauce over the top. Add a little freshly grated parmesan over the top too for extra zing.

Thanks. . was going to do just that. . also what size do you think meat balls should be? a medium size or small like subway? ? ?

I do mine about the size of walnuts, I pan fry mine before adding to the sauce and simmer for a while like #2

Oooh jst what were having for dinenr tonight... yep i make mine small bite sized, MM doesnt like the big ones! i cooked the balls first then add some veges and sauce, simmer for a lil bit and serve over the pasta or rice. .
