I decided to make a ginger crunch..made the base, started doing the topping and shock horror i have no icing sugar!!! So please give me some ideas of what other slice i can make with the base. I have'nt alot in my pantry..grocery shopping is'nt till friday. Thank you :)

have you got any chocolate ? chips etc you could melt to use as a topping?
