Cooking fresh salmon recipes majority on here say to use Lime juice. i haven't cooked before so can I just season, put adribble of oil on top, wrap in tinfoil & bake in oven or is it better pan fried? |

Food-in-a-minute Gumbo.. made it on Friday and hubby just LOVES it. Told me I could make it again any time soon. I enjoyed it, but found it very filling. So, it has my thumbs-up, give it a go for something different. |

Anyone here made crab apple jelly before? if so, how long do I have to boil it for?The recipe said 10 minutes and then test every minute after that to see if it's reached setting point.It's 40 minutes and counting and is nowhere near setting point as far as I can tell. |

Freezing beef stroganoff? Can beef stroganoff be frozen if there is sour cream in the sauce? Will it reheat okay? I've seen mixed answers when googling and they weren't much help. I don't put pasta in the beef mix, I just serve with rice. |
