The only time I did it I used the same oven temp for normal pork, OMG it was amazing, the gravy had a really full on flavour. Enjoy! !

We put ours in the crockpot frozen, pour over a tin of peaches or apricots. Put some tinfoil under the lid for half the cooking time. Cook 7-8 hours or more. So tender and yummy
