Can beef stroganoff be frozen if there is sour cream in the sauce? Will it reheat okay? I've seen mixed answers when googling and they weren't much help. I don't put pasta in the beef mix, I just serve with rice.

I have frozen & reused. It will probably look pale with the cream but tastes fine.

should be ok - just give it a thorough mix before serving if it look a bit gooky.
