How to make hot x bun dough double in size? My dough has been in the airing cupboard for approx 1 1/2 hrs & it hasn't risen much at all.Does anybody put their dough in the oven on low to get it to rise? |

Can you freeze cooked sausage rolls? I've just realised that the frozen mince I defrosted and used for a sausage roll mix won't be able to be refrozen unless it's been cooked... will they defrost ok?Or will they be ikky and soggy?It's prerolled puff pastry that I'm using. |
