I have a rolled lamb roast which I want to cook for a dinner party. Any ideas for a different way to cook it such as a herbed crust, marinade etc but no garlic,please!

why not cook it in a bag with mint sauce

I like the herbed idea. I'd be inclined to pull it apart, stuff it, and roll it back up. Lucky you, lamb is sooooo expensive now, even the whole lambs at the butchers here.
