I have a lamb leg fillet end that weighs 950gms, just wondering what the ideal oven temperature and how long to cook it for. Thanks in advance

Hot as it goes, until desired colour. Maybe it might be better to pan fry first, then roast at 200c for half hour or so. Depends how pink you like it.
