Stuffed pancakes, or chicken 'cakes' - mixed with potato and herbs and fried. Soup from the carcass - or make a stock with it and use for chicken risotto. Hot rolls with fried onions, fried mushrooms and salad. Potted meat. Pasta withchicken and mushroom and sour cream and Parmesan
