I have found some beef bones in the freezer and i love boil up, has anyone made it with these bones? Any good? Thanks

I only use them in soup with heaps of vegetables. Have you checked out the lefthand message board tosee if there are any recipes there.

Shouldn't be much different to Irish Stew, just need longer slower boiling. Good luck

The main thing with bones to the geletine they release, if you leave some of it for left overs you'll find gelatine sets
