decided to have beef for lunch.what is the best cut to roast , how long etc....how do you do yours?

Hi.. if you type 'roast beef' into the search bar on the left of your screen, then change 'last 24 hours' to 'anytime' by clicking on the down arrow, then search, you'll have a number of recipes to choose from.
I roast it slowly in an oven bag, about 130°C, then once it's cooked as much as I want it to be, I lift it onto a warmed platter, then cover the meat tightly with foil. I leave it to rest while the rest of the meal is cooking.. you'll get a very tender roast by resting it..
