How do you make this cheesy nibble? From many years ago I remember a cocktail nibble that was like a little cheesy shortbread, with some cayenne or chili, and the pieces were rolled in coconut before baking. I could always make something up, but maybe someone here has the actualrecipe? |

What a difference a day makes - well a slow cooker anyway.Yesterday I roasted half a chicken, and it was a bit stringy and tough.Hubby commented that it must have died of old age!Today I did the other half in the slow cooker, with onions, carrots, kumara and potatoes and some chicken stock.Delicious. |
