Edmonds coffee cake I just made it, and it is so little! I mean, the recipe said to divide the mixture between two tins but when i did that it barely covered the bottom of each tin so i just did it all in one. Anyway it looks ok but is really only half the height of the cake... |

Please - recommend me a hand mixer . I think mine is dying - smells strange, gets quite warm and will only fully turn off at the wall.Its just a cheapy Cascade one but it does the job although with the major kitchen clear out and list I'm having maybe I can get a better one . |
