Choko help Hi, I peeled a choko for dinner and I seem to be having a horrible reaction. The skin on my hands is very red and feels like it is tight and shrinking! Has anybody else experienced this? Is it safe for me to eat them do you think? |

Bakels Gluten Free Flour I have just purchased a box of the above and it states that it is a direct replacement for ordinary flour. Does that mean when a recipe calls for a cup of standard flour that I can use a cup of this gluten free without having to add any other products. |
