Great to see the beautiful Wairarapa being show cased tonight.

I can't believe what he did with those fresh peas though. I obviously can't taste them but, I suspect by the time you've put those other flavours in there and stuck a stick mixer in, you may have well used frozen ones.

That's true, but I was meaning Al's peas. LOL, obviously I don't know what he cooked tastes like because I'm not eating it.

It doesnt mention the peas on there, only the broad beans on their own blanched.

woops, edited, I found it, was looking on the lamb recipe instead of paua
