sugar? I don't have enough white sugar, does anyone know if it will work using half white sugar and half brown sugar? Should the quantities remain the same or do they need to be adjusted? Thanks

Russian fudge can be a bit temperamental so I wouldn't alter the recipe unless I knew someone had tried it or was prepared to experiment and use the results as sauce if there's a failure. otherwise I'd make half a batch.

I'd use both if that was all I had. And don't forget the lemon/cream cheese icing!
