Self raising flour I have a recipe I want to try but it lists self raising flour which I don't have. I know that I can use normal flour with baking powder but I don't know how much baking powder to use... can anyone help? Thanks |

In one recipe can you mix self raising with normal flour providing you use 1tsp of baking powder for every plain flour. I dont have enough to use one type and have both in the cupboard. Dont want to use it if its going to stuff up the recipe though - its a 21st cake so very important ! Cheers |
