i want to make self saucing chocolate pudding but all the recipes have the flour as self rasing. I guess you just add baking powder but how much? ? ? ? ?

Look for recipes from the USA They dont really use self raising flour there

1. 5 to 2 teaspoons of Baking powder to 1 cup of flour. For a pudding I would use 1. 5, cakes & scones 2 teaspoons.

2 LEVEL tsp to each cup of flour - easy.
