How much BP would I need to add to 2 tbsp of wholemeal flour to make it self raising please. Such a small qty I can’t find any conversion chart online. Thanks to anyone who can help

flossie2016, usually it would be 1-2 tsp baking powder per 1 cup plain flour and 1 cup = approximately 16 tbsp so for the 2 tbsp flour I suggest that you use ⅛ - ¼ tsp baking powder.

Just a note to say that Countdown have SR wholemeal flour. I use that now and think it makes a lighter cake etc.
