I have a recipe book that has recipes using s-r wholemeal flour, which I have never seen on sale here.Any suggestions on how much b-powder I should add per cup of wholemeal flour please?I was thinking 2 tsp per cup - would that be about right? TIA

yeah 2tsps generally, but it sometimes can depend on what you are baking though as sometimes recipes call for 1C flour and 1tsp baking powder

A lot of them have it, but the particular one I want to bake is banana muffins.
