white flour,, can i use this in any white flour recipes please, i am a new healthy baker, and any ideas would be great, thank u.

you will probably need more liquid as the wholemeal flour will"draw" more liquid out and could end up dry other wise.

yes you can but some recipes may need a little extra liquid, as the bran in wholemeal flour can soak up a lot of liquid.

I often substitute wholemeal for white or if I'm not sure will try a 50/50 mixture with no problems.
