flour - what would the ratio be please and does it make too much of a difference to the outcome of baking =

I never buy SR flour, and my baking always turns out fab lolUse 1 cup of flour to 1 tsp baking powder.Easy peasy :)

Its supposed to be 2tsp baking powder to 1 cup of plain flour.

yep agree with imn but I find this makes it too baking powdery (don't like the taste) so I just use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup - works well even in scones.
