Sausage meat fat I fried up some sausage meat (from one of the tubes from the supermarket) into little sausage patties for lunch. There was a lot of fat from them that is in the pan. I want to do some roasty/fried potatoes for dinner - can I fry them in that fat or not go... |

Sausage meat that isn't too fatty could anyone tell me if you can buy sausage meat from the supermarkets that isn't too fatty. I made some sauaage rolls the other day and, although they were really yummy I found that the meat was a bit too fatty. |
