Made white chocolate & raspberry slice out of Red Cross cookbook. How can I stop it going soggy/soft?? I made it last night, fine this morning but by end of day is quite soft :+(. I had some covered with gladwrap, is it "sweating" maybe?? Any suggestions please. |
