Does anyone have the recipe for this delicious tart? It's been sold at a number of cafés I frequent, and I'm interested in baking it for a friends upcoming birthday.
Any help is appreciated

Please to describe this tart. It is probably really easy to reproduce. Jamie Oliver has a fabulous chocolate tart to which all one would probably need to add is raspberry jus with reserved jus for pouring when serving.
Would you like me to post this recipe?
I can do this now because I need to cure myself of Righteous Eating Disease.

The website describes it as "Delicious raspberries, decadent chocolate and rich cream, irresistable! "
There's a picture here as well: http://www.rocketkitchen.co.nz/images/tarts/choc%20rasp%20ta rt_thumb. jpg
Please post Jamie Oliver's tart, I might give it a go

You could check this one out russell_family-although it has a branded pastry base, i do not see why you couldnt use a basic froen pastry from here.
http://www.passionforpastry.co. uk/docs/JR_choc_raspberry_tar t. pdf it has the chocolate and the cream and the raspberries in it and looks pretty nice too.
